The selected candidate will be an experienced fighter/attack crew member who will work, as a team, to provide operational and analytical expertise for the planning and execution of DMOC training, tests, and experimentation events. Candidate will be responsible for the translation of fighter/attack operational training requirements into exercise design and execution and will support requirements definition for virtual and constructive simulations, scenario generation tools, mission planning tools, data link, and exercise collaboration tools. Candidate will work with system engineers to plan, coordinate support for, and execute system integration testing and will operate selected constructive simulators to support both integration/scenario executions.
Ex Fighter Pilot or Weapons System Officer (WSO) required
- MS (Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline) with 10 years relevant experience, BS in the same fields with 15 years relevant experience, or no degree and 20 years relevant experience.
- 1500 hours as PIC
- OCA/DCA experience
- Ground Attack experience
- Must understand exercise development and training principles
- Familiar with ATOs, ACOs, SPINs, TNLs
- Experienced with Mission Planning tools (PFPS, JMPS, etc.)

- Multiple weapon systems
- 5th Generation
- CAS/RPA missions
- Weapons School Graduate
